Solid experience leading accounting departments. Proficiency in current tax and financial regulations. Strong analytical ability, leadership, and strategic thinking. Experience in audit and regulatory inspection processes. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and submit Financial Statements to Management. Supervise and control cash flow and financial planning. Prepare strategic information for the company's overall budget. Represent the company before regulatory and auditing entities (SUNAT, National Institute of Statistics and Informatics, Deloitte). Review and approve taxes to be declared and paid. Lead, supervise, and audit the work of the accounting team. Monitor budget variances and ensure the integrity of financial information. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday: Full-time, Saturday: Half-day. Work Mode: On-site.
