Job Description: **LEPSA** is a Peruvian company that designs, manufactures, and installs corrosion-resistant industrial equipment made from FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and thermoplastics. We primarily serve companies in the mining and fishing sectors, providing solutions for demanding industrial processes. We are seeking a **Production Assistant**. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate of SENATI in Industrial Production Engineering or Industrial Administration. * Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in using calipers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Effective communication skills. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Receive engineering drawings and, based on them, develop the cylinder winding schedule and fabrication plans for components to be manufactured. * Request materials required for mold fabrication and metallic parts production. * Develop and oversee implementation of the plant maintenance schedule. * Design and manage process, machinery, and infrastructure improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with the 7S methodology across work areas in Plants 1 and 2. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Profit-sharing payments. * Full statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime.
