Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with leadership and strategic vision to lead the technical and administrative execution of mining services, ensuring production and safety targets. Representation before supervision and management of the mining unit At **LMT MEINS SAC**, we seek a professional with strong leadership, strategic vision, and solid experience in mining project management to assume the role of **Resident** at our **Cerro Lindo** operation. REQUIREMENTS: * **Specific experience:** Minimum **3 years** of experience in Resident or Project Management positions, including at least **6 months of direct experience within the Cerro Lindo Mining Unit**. * **Education:** A **licensed, registered, and authorized** professional in Mining, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Competencies:** Ability to prepare valuations, control costs, manage personnel, and adhere to execution schedules. * **Availability:** Willingness to work under a **14x7** schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the technical and administrative execution of services in compliance with client standards. * Ensure achievement of production and safety targets. * Represent the company before the supervision and management of the mining unit.
