Job Summary: We are seeking Operation and Maintenance Technicians to ensure connectivity for our customers by inspecting and repairing optical fiber, and coordinating with the NOC. Key Highlights: 1. At Electronic Alliance, we are looking for Operation and Maintenance Technicians in Jaén \- Cajamarca to ensure connectivity for our customers. What will you do? * Inspect, splice, and repair optical fiber. * Respond to faults, degradations, and network outages. * Operate specialized equipment (OTDR, Power Meter, fusion splicer). * Coordinate with the NOC to resolve incidents and scheduled work. * Prepare technical reports for each intervention. * Comply with safety protocols and report your interventions. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in optical fiber maintenance. * Technical degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields (preferred). * Availability to work in field crews (Technician 1 and Technician 2\). * Availability to work on rotating weekly shifts. * Work at heights and in confined spaces. * Class A1 driver's license mandatory \- Class A2A preferred.
