Requirements: \- Completed technical or university studies in Computer Science, Informatics, or Systems. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Demonstrate PROACTIVENESS AND SENSE OF URGENCY. \- Demonstrate planning and organizational skills. Responsibilities: \- Provide support to our student community regarding technological equipment and university digital platforms. \- Support faculty in the proper use of technological equipment and digital platforms. \- Resolve issues with computers, projectors, printers, etc. \- Perform routine maintenance on computer equipment in general. \- Prepare reports or documentation related to the role.
