Optimize processes using SAP DESCRIPTION At **KSR Global**, we are looking for a **Head of International Trade** for a leading company in the **agro-industrial sector**, specializing in the export of fresh products. The main objective of this position is to structure and lead the International Trade department, driving efficiency in domestic and international operations. ### **Key Responsibilities:** Lead fresh product export operations. Manage relationships with shipping lines, logistics operators, and customs agents. Oversee documentation and compliance with international trade procedures. Implement improvements and optimize processes using SAP. Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and develop the International Trade team REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. Experience in international trade, exports, or international logistics. Experience in agro-industrial, exporting, or internationally oriented companies engaged in international trade operations. SAP proficiency (preferred). Intermediate to advanced English. ### **Conditions:** Work location: Chincha.
