Proposal of process and procedure improvements **We are currently seeking a Night Shift Floor Manager for a casino in Chincha.** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Implement and ensure staff compliance with company strategies, promotions, customer service standards, rules, and policies. \- Achieve efficient utilization of all assigned resources, ensuring timely execution aligned with company objectives. \- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor customer service on the casino floor. \- Propose improvements to processes and procedures related to customer management. \- Conduct ongoing customer follow-up to identify their needs. \- Utilize the video monitoring area as support to better fulfill assigned responsibilities. \- Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports and provide feedback highlighting improvement opportunities. \- Coordinate with HR for hiring new personnel. \- Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding maintenance, repair, and operation of gaming machines to ensure operational readiness. REQUIREMENTS: \- University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Marketing, or related fields. \- Knowledge of casino machine or slot machine operations. \- Experience in budget preparation and forecasting. \- Familiarity with MINCETUR administrative procedures. \- Availability to work night and early-morning shifts. OFFERED: \- Market-competitive salary: S/. 2\. 000 to S/. 2 200 depending on experience \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
