This is how we develop mining—always attuned to change, supported by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining industry moving with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining \#MiningInternships** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct job-specific training needs assessments. * Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions according to the Annual Training Plan. * Support logistics, monitoring, and recordkeeping for training activities. * Prepare training and development indicator reports. * Process OC and HES documentation for payments related to external training services. * Deliver onboarding sessions for new employees, among other duties inherent to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of training methodologies. * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience in underground mining (Desirable) * SAP proficiency (Desirable) **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Cerro Lindo * Work Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off At NEXA, we operate in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
