Contribute to the quality of educational services We are the Sergio Bernales Garcia Institute, and we are currently seeking personnel to fill the position of IT Technical Support, with the following profile: **Requirements** * Technical Professional in Systems, Computer Science, or Technical Support. * Responsibilities: Ensure the operationality, continuity, and support of the Institute's technological infrastructure in alignment with its educational activities, guaranteeing the proper functioning of technological tools supporting teaching\-learning processes, academic and administrative management, and services for students, teachers, and institutional staff, thereby contributing to the quality of educational services provided by THE INSTITUTE. **Qualifications** * Minimum education level: Technical Professional * 2 years of experience in private institutes * Age: between 25 and 35 years old * Knowledge: Virtual Education * Familiarity with platforms such as Q10 * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office applications Full-time, on-site position.
