We are the Sergio Bernales Garcia Institute, and we are currently seeking personnel to fill the TI Technical Support position, with the following profile: **Requirements** * Technical Professional in Systems, Informatics, or Technical Support. * Responsibilities: Ensure the operationality, continuity, and support of the Institute's technological infrastructure in alignment with its educational activities, guaranteeing the proper functioning of technological tools supporting teaching\-learning processes, academic and administrative management, and service to students, faculty, and institutional staff, thereby contributing to the quality of educational services provided by THE INSTITUTE. **Qualifications** * Minimum education level: Technical Professional * 2 years of experience in private institutes * Age: between 25 and 35 years old * Knowledge: Virtual Education * Familiarity with platforms such as Q10 * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency Full-time, On-site.
