Job Summary: A leading agricultural supplier is seeking a Technical Commercial Representative to manage sales, coordinate with farmers, propose pricing strategies, and promote products in the Cañete/Chincha area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage sales budget compliance and product promotion. 2. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to offer differentiated products. 3. Organize technical meetings and conduct demonstration plots. A prominent agricultural supplier with presence in several Latin American countries is seeking a Technical Commercial Representative for the Cañete / Chincha area to perform the following duties: · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or graduate; Technician in Agronomic Engineering. 2 years of experience marketing agricultural inputs. Experience and knowledge of the main crops in the region. Knowledge of agrochemical product handling. Driver’s License – A1 · Experience in: Responsible for achieving the sales budget per product in the assigned area. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to identify groups of farmers with similar characteristics to offer products or services differentiated from competitors. Propose aspects related to pricing policies, discounts, promotions, and customer service. Organize technical meetings with leading farmers to promote regional products. Conduct demonstration plots to promote new products or reintroduce existing ones. Manage and monitor collections in the assigned area.
