We are looking for a **chef with experience in seafood cuisine**, passionate about gastronomy and committed to quality and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: * Preparing mise en place. * Preparing cold and hot seafood dishes. * Cleaning and organizing the kitchen area. * Supporting various kitchen areas according to operational needs. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef. * Prior experience in gastronomic restaurants is preferred. * Studies in Gastronomy (ongoing, incomplete, or completed). * Valid health certificate. * Residency in nearby areas. * Proactive, responsible individual with the ability to work under pressure. Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Rotating days off between Monday and Thursday.
