About the Position Ranch Pachacamac, a unique gastronomic and experiential space fully immersed in nature, is looking for a committed, organized, and growth-oriented Kitchen Assistant. You will join a team passionate about fine cuisine in an unparalleled natural setting. Main Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and mise en place of ingredients for daily service. Support the cook/chef in dish preparation during service. Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean and organized. Ensure proper storage and rotation of supplies (FIFO). Comply with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices for food handling (GMP). Assist in general kitchen cleaning at the end of service. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant or in a similar role. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and utensil handling. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for food handling (GMP / HACCP preferred). Punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
