Control food cost and ensure operational profitability. **KITCHEN MANAGER \- PUNTO MARINO** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise dish preparation and ensure maintenance of quality and presentation standards. * Coordinate and lead the kitchen team, ensuring proper task distribution and a positive work environment. * Monitor ingredient inventory and manage orders according to restaurant needs. * Ensure compliance with established hygiene and food safety standards. * Monitor team performance and provide continuous training. * Control food cost, ensuring kitchen operational profitability. * Prepare daily management indicators. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Manage two kitchens **Work Experience:** * 1 \- 2 years in this position (mandatory) * 1 year in similar roles * Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * One day off per week **AVAILABILITY:** * Residence near required locations * Valid health certificate * 3-day paid trial period, followed by formal payroll registration * For candidates from Lima, monthly accommodation allowance of S/300 * Lunch included Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
