What is the challenge?
Manage the recovery of overdue portfolios from personal and SME banking clients (third parties) by negotiating effective payment solutions that normalize clients’ financial situations and ensure achievement of the bank’s collection targets.
How will you make a big impact?
Execute field-based recovery activities with a minimum of 21 daily visits and immediate reporting of results to ensure portfolio traceability.
Plan weekly strategic routes to optimize travel and guarantee full coverage of assigned Personal Banking and SME clients.
Analyze and prioritize the daily portfolio based on payment status and risk profile to focus efforts on the highest-impact segments.
Negotiate effective payment alternatives in coordination with the evaluation unit to offer financial solutions that facilitate collection and client regularization.
Comply with registration requirements on corporate platforms and participate in follow-up meetings convened by management to align collection strategies.
What do we need from you?
University student in final semesters or graduate
Experience in the banking sector, savings and credit cooperatives, or related fields
Experience and/or availability to perform fieldwork
Reside in Chincha or be available to relocate
Collection experience (desirable)
Personal mobility (desirable)
