Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching of goods, supporting inventory counts and maintaining warehouse order. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in the operations sector At Manpower Peru, we seek top talent to take on the challenge as a Warehouse Assistant in Punta Hermosa for one of our clients in the operations sector. The opportunity for a better future is here! Main Responsibilities: Perform product picking and packing for dispatch, including handling bags weighing up to 25 kg. Carry out goods receiving and dispatch, verifying documentation and quantities. Support periodic physical inventories and report discrepancies. Assist in sorting, weighing, and labeling supplies. Organize, identify, and locate products in racks, maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. Record information in the system and monitor warehouse temperature and humidity. Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Requirements: Completed secondary education (technical or university studies preferred). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience (receiving and dispatching). Knowledge of basic logistics processes. Basic Excel skills (preferred). Organizational and teamwork skills. Availability to commute to PUNTA HERMOSA. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Market-competitive remuneration.
