We are looking for a HOSTESS for our CHINCHA Casino REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum of (1) one year of experience as a hostess in Shopping Centers and Casinos. \- Completed secondary education \- Customer service or Call Center courses or workshops (Desirable). RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and maintain an Excel record of important client entries. Conduct client visits during scheduled hours, informing them about the promotional benefits offered by the venue. Engage in conversations with clients regarding their preferences. Announce hourly promotional campaigns, holidays, and venue benefits (lunches, dinners, desserts, buffets, etc.). Assist with client phone calls. Stay informed about clients' name days. Consistently approach clients to identify any needs and refer services accordingly. Support various advertising and promotional activities such as flyer distribution, photo sessions, event preparation, and brochure creation, in coordination with the marketing department.
