On this occasion, we are seeking a Resident Engineer Assistant for the city of Chincha. Objective: Provide administrative and operational construction project management support, ensuring compliance with scheduled deadlines and control of forecasted costs. Responsibilities: - Monitor and request warehouse supplies and materials required for daily operations. - Record and maintain the Quality Dossier up to date. - Monitor and record concrete test specimens to ensure structural quality. - Administer and optimize resources (personnel, materials, time) by cost category to improve productivity and reduce costs. - Record site personnel daily attendance in internal systems for accurate payroll processing. - Inspect, prepare budgets for, and supervise post-sale works. - Support the Resident Engineer in preparing the operational budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (mandatory) in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 6 months of experience in related fields or similar positions. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. AutoCAD proficiency. Microsoft Office user-level proficiency. Knowledge of construction processes and personnel administration. Residence in Chincha.
