Job Summary: Responsible for warehouse operations, ensuring the good condition of materials and fixed assets, with duties including receiving, locating, and dispatching. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for warehouse operations and inventory management. 2. Kardex control and warehouse security. 3. Preparation of warehouse reports and indicators. On this occasion, we are seeking a Warehouse Keeper for the city of Chincha. Objective: Responsible for warehouse operations in accordance with current procedures, ensuring the good condition of materials and fixed assets stored in warehouses. Responsibilities: - Receive, locate, and dispatch materials and fixed assets. - Maintain up-to-date inventory records of materials and fixed assets in the system. - Maintain required inventory levels to supply construction sites according to departmental policy. - Resolve discrepancies between system inventory records and physical stock counts. - Establish warehouse security mechanisms. - Control the Kardex for fixed asset movements. - Immediately alert and substantiate any deviations. - Maintain the layout defined by the Logistics Sub-Management. - Keep warehouse documentation organized. - Responsible for preparing and presenting warehouse indicator reports. Requirements Technical degree (mandatory) in Industrial Administration or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of construction materials, ERP systems, and best storage practices. Residence in Chincha (mandatory). Studies related to warehouse management (desirable).
