Our culture promotes change and career development. **FUNCTIONS** * Monitor attendance records for all workers and employees, including labor-related contingencies * Recruit, select, renew worker contracts, and upload information to the ERP system * Develop HR-related indicators based on HR data and report them to Corporate HR Sub-management * Update employee personnel files * Print pay slips every fortnight for staff signature * Ensure compliance with training and induction programs according to the company-approved annual training plan * Carry out social welfare activities in coordination with the administration manager and following corporate guidelines * Organize and update vacation records for workers and employees * Assist staff during any emergency or urgent situation, coordinating with the production and/or administration manager * Conduct weekly fieldwork (HR and OHS) and report to the administration manager, site manager, and Corporate HR Sub-manager * Coordinate and comply with instructions from the occupational safety and health officer * Deliver and ensure compliance with the internal work regulations (RIT) / (RISST) * Implement guidelines established by current labor regulations **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in administration, psychology, or accounting * Intermediate-level Office skills * Experience in human resources positions * Knowledge in personnel management **COMPETENCIES** * Proactivity * Results-oriented * Flexibility and innovation * Communication and teamwork **POSITION INFORMATION** * On-site working hours * Car.
