Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure operational continuity of systems and the welfare of birds in automated poultry houses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on poultry houses 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures 3. Supervise automated feeding and climate control systems A Peruvian company engaged in the poultry industry and the sale of eggs through traditional and modern channels is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for its CHINCHA location. · REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of Technical programs in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Mechatronics, or Industrial Mechanics. * 1–2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in industrial plants (preferably in the food industry). * Knowledge of automation. * Experience in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance. * Availability to work rotating shifts, with one day off per week. * Availability to work in Chincha. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated poultry houses, ensuring operational continuity of systems and bird welfare. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures in conveyor belts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and transmission systems. Perform adjustments, alignment, and component replacement on conveyor belts (rollers, pulleys, belts, tensioners). Supervise and ensure proper operation of automated feeding, ventilation, climate control, and water systems. Conduct periodic inspections to prevent failures and minimize downtime. Request spare parts and materials from the Maintenance Supervisor to comply with the established maintenance plan. Prepare daily maintenance reports and record technical incidents. Comply with safety, biosecurity, and internal procedures.
