At Comercial Andina Industrial SAC, we are looking for talent who demonstrates passion for agricultural innovation and value development to fill the position of **Agroindustries Commercial Developer** in the **Chincha** region. We seek someone who contributes to commercial development and brand positioning within the agricultural sector. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Biology, Microbiology, or related fields * Knowledge of agricultural fundamentals * Specific knowledge of pest and disease assessment, and of the effects of biostimulants and foliar nutrition * Specific knowledge of integrated pest management, biostimulation, and nutrition * Specific knowledge of good agricultural practices * Class A1 driver’s license * Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year Responsibilities: * Develop and submit protocols for product validation trials in agroindustries, as well as execute trials, prepare reports, and present results to decision-makers in agroindustries. * Identify and communicate input and service needs in agroindustries. * Identify and communicate key competitors of our focus products. * Submit monthly reports on new product launches and major competitor activities. * Actively participate in technical field visits with external advisors to learn about usage opportunities for our products. * Conduct screening trials of proprietary or third-party products that the Company needs to evaluate. * Conduct technical positioning trials according to priorities defined by the Company. * Deliver internal presentations to share results and real-world usage experiences of our products. * Submit monthly trial reports, including photographs, so that the Marketing Department can build a virtual library to support the development of internal and external communication materials. * Gain technical knowledge of the Organization’s products and their applications to actively promote them. * Request samples deemed necessary from the Commercial Development Department. * Prepare a weekly work plan at the start of each week and submit a daily activity report for the current week. * Actively participate in specialized events targeted at agroindustries. *At Comercial Andina Industrial SAC, we promote inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, orientation, identity, place of origin, or generation.
