Technical graduate in Textile Manufacturing, Fashion Design, Haute Couture, or related fields. 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in textile manufacturing and export companies. Knowledge of cutting and sewing, figure drawing, and semi-fashion and fashion pattern development. Training or specialization program in 2D and 3D Pattern Systems, Illustrator, Corel Draw. Availability to work onsite in Chincha. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level English proficiency. What are the main responsibilities? Evaluate and analyze technical specifications, measurements, and/or shrinkage data provided by garment analysts to achieve the client’s required measurements. Develop measurement sheets for patterns and shrinkage in the Lectra system and adapt them to production according to client SPECs. Review and validate garment fit against the design to ensure alignment with the client’s specified body measurements. Design measurement sheets for developed models before and after washing to validate various fabric reactions and apply pattern shrinkage adjustments. Track pattern development from sample development through to production. Other duties assigned by the superior management chain. What do we offer?
