JOB OPENING: PCP ANALYST Job Mission: Develop, validate, and oversee strategic production planning to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of the organization's operational objectives. Responsibilities: Create product codes and recipes in the computer system. Generate and share manufacturing orders with production departments. Issue material requisition slips to fulfill generated orders. Report deviations or non-compliance in production to management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cycle times, defect rates, and schedule adherence. Actively participate in the requirements of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar roles within production planning and control areas. (Mandatory) Technical Skills: Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Office. Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Interpretation of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Benefits: Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
