Job Summary: We are seeking an Editorial and Prepress Graphic Designer to join our team, responsible for editorial layout, cover and advertising material design, and prepress quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Editorial layout and cover design. 2. Creation of promotional materials and graphic assets. 3. Technical file review and PDF generation for printing. We are looking for an **Editorial and Prepress Graphic Designer** to join our team. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * **Work tool:** Personal laptop suitable for professional graphic design (Recommended: Intel i5/i7 or Ryzen 5/7, minimum 16 GB RAM, SSD drive). * **Work mode:** On-site. * **Experience:** 1 year or more in graphic design, editorial layout, or printing. * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience. * **Software proficiency:** Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. * **Technical knowledge:** Prepress (CMYK control, bleed, margins, resolution, and final PDF assembly for production). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Editorial Layout:** Typesetting of books, magazines, manuals, catalogs, and content structuring. * **Cover Design:** Creation and composition of covers, back covers, spines, and flaps. * **Advertising Graphic Design:** Development of promotional materials, flyers, brochures, and graphic assets. * **Prepress and Quality Control:** Technical file review (dimensions, resolution, imposition) and generation of final print-ready PDFs. * **Production Coordination:** File corrections prior to printing, considering finishing processes (cutting, lamination, gluing, and binding). **COMPETENCIES:** * Creativity, speed, organization, and attention to detail. * Graphic-editorial judgment and strict adherence to delivery deadlines. **COMPENSATION AND TERMS:** * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,900 monthly (biweekly reference payment of S/ 950\). * **3-month evaluation:** Possibility of salary adjustment. Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,900\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
