




We are seeking a technical or university graduate professional with training in Archival Science, Archivology, Administration, or related fields for the position of **Inventory Assistant**. The ideal candidate will have experience in document management and administrative control of inventories, demonstrating organization, responsibility, and attention to detail to ensure efficient handling of the company’s inventories and archives. **Requirements and Key Skills** **1\. Academic Qualifications** * Technical or university graduates in Archival Science, Archivology, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields (**not mandatory**). **2\. Experience** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in inventory management or administrative functions related to archiving or document management (**mandatory**). **3\. Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) at **basic/intermediate** level (**mandatory**). * Recording, controlling, and updating physical and digital inventories. * Organizing and classifying documents and files. * Preparing basic inventory reports. * Supporting internal audits and stock control. * Verifying and reconciling stock levels. **4\. Personal and Soft Skills** The candidate must possess the following skills: * High level of organization and order. * Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information. * Ability to work with documentation and databases. * Responsibility and commitment to task completion. * Ability to follow internal procedures and regulations. * Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Good communication skills and willingness to support other departments. **5\.
