Job Summary: We are seeking educational sales advisors to promote academic programs and courses, with emphasis on public service, follow-up, and persuasive communication. Key Highlights: 1. Goal-focused We are a private higher education institute located in the city of San Vicente de Cañete, and we are looking for top talent for the position of educational sales advisor, according to the following profile: ***Required Profile*** * Completed technical studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in direct field sales, public service, activation campaigns, or BTL campaigns. * Strong verbal skills for public service at service modules and via phone calls. * Professional demeanor, clear pronunciation, vocal clarity, and active listening. * Fast typing and basic proficiency in MS Office and social media. * Availability to work 48 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, on rotating shifts. ***Skills*** \- Clear and persuasive communication, empathy, goal orientation, organization.
