HPD CONTRACTORS GENERAL SAC, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Aluminum Carpentry, Accessories, among others, is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **Position: Maintenance Technical Assistant - Mechanical** **Requirements:** * Knowledge or familiarity with plant machinery/machine tools, such as: winches, compressors, transformers, ovens, electric motors, hydraulic units, pneumatic units. * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Maintenance Mechanics. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in industrial plants. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work at the industrial plant in Chilca (km. 64 Panamericana Sur). * Preference for candidates residing in areas near the southern cone or Chilca. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in gathering technical information for updating maintenance plans for industrial equipment. * Assist in updating critical spare parts inventory for industrial machines on-site. * Assist in tracking procurement of spare parts for industrial equipment on-site. * Assembly and disassembly of equipment as required. * Verification and maintenance of equipment commissioning and alignment. * Repair or replacement of defective components or parts of machines and equipment. * Identify objectives and scope of maintenance programs. * Perform calibration and repair activities for machines used across various glass and aluminum carpentry processes. * Maintain equipment and workplace in order, reporting any anomalies. * Other duties assigned by management. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Full statutory social benefits. * Overtime pay. * On-site meal service. * Profit sharing. * Staff transportation LIMA-CHILCA. * Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm / Saturdays 7:30 am to 1:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.2,700.00 per month Application Question(s): * DO YOU HAVE FULL AND IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY?
