




At **Shared Cargo**, a company specialized in imports and international logistics, we are looking for an **Operations Assistant** who will be responsible for supporting our customers’ operations from origin to final delivery. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in foreign trade, imports, or international logistics. * Prior experience in **freight forwarding agencies and/or customs brokerage** (desirable). * Knowledge of **origin consolidation and import processes**. * Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers. * Organized, responsible, and service-oriented profile. * **Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory**. **Key responsibilities:** * End-to-end tracking of customer orders, from supplier payment to delivery. * Coordination of order statuses and validation of documentation. * Communication and translation of information with assigned suppliers. * Coordination with customs authorities to ensure efficient clearance. * Support in inspections, pre-clearance procedures, and transshipment at DT for loading and unloading. * Acting as the liaison point between customers, suppliers, and the operations team. **Position conditions:** * Salary: **S/ 1,200 – S/ 1,500**, depending on evaluation. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work modality: In-person. * Contract for services (RxH) for 3 months, followed by permanent employment with statutory benefits. * Full-time position.
