Knowledge of engine repair and reconditioning We are looking for an **Automotive Workshop Manager** with strong technical experience and leadership capability, responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair work, while guaranteeing service quality and on-time delivery. * Certified technician or graduate in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **5 years of technical experience in automotive workshops**. * Minimum **3 years of experience leading technical teams or as a Workshop Manager**. * Experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. * Experience in **engine repair and reconditioning** (assembly, disassembly, and evaluation). * Experience in specialized workshops, dealerships, or service centers for high- and mid-range vehicle brands.
