Job Summary: Assists the Production Manager and Production Supervisor in coordinating and scheduling daily production, supervising the production process, and ensuring quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily production coordination and scheduling 2. Production process supervision and quality assurance 3. Tracking and control of inputs and materials **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist the Plant Manager and Production Supervisor * Coordinate and schedule daily production based on received work orders. * Supervise production scheduling to ensure required quality and productivity targets are met. * Perform daily tracking and control of inputs and materials required for production * Ensure timely updating of production data and indicators * Develop and maintain up-to-date route sheets and work orders **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * 1 year of experience in food plant positions **WE OFFER** * Market-competitive salary under the agricultural labor regime + 50% food allowance * Overtime pay * Career development path Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
