At the Autonomous University of Ica (UAI), we are looking for top talent to join our sales team as an Educational Sales Advisor at our Chincha campus. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive information regarding the features and benefits of UAI’s educational services to applicants throughout the admission process. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed technical and/or university studies. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or commercial roles. \- Excellent oral and written communication skills. \- Leadership ability. \- Teamwork capability. \- Proactive attitude. \- Persuasive ability. \- Proficiency in sales techniques. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Contact clients via email, phone calls, or other formal means to offer educational programs, provide advice, and address their inquiries. * Follow up on the assigned database (assigned portfolio) and enter data into the CRM. * Prepare attendance reports for the Sales Manager. * Manage the enrollment process. * Prepare enrollment reports. * Participate in educational fairs and events. * Propose improvements in applicant engagement. * Promote specific educational programs.
