Attend to, analyze, and resolve incidents occurring on the customer's network (3G & 4G base stations, schools, corporate clients) within established timeframes, in accordance with current regulations and instructions from the Technical Center of the main office. 2. Perform proper preventive maintenance on the customer's network and/or infrastructure according to models established by the Technical Center departments (Transmission, M&E, TEC, NOC, and Radio). 3. Manage emergency plan schedules to prevent service interruptions on the customer's network. 4. Coordinate with telecommunications service providers for service testing and incident resolution. 5. Respond to all customer calls, at any time of day and on all days of the week, to resolve emergencies and/or incidents and/or technical issues that may affect the customer's network service. 6. Review and report daily in the system used by the customer for tracking assigned tasks. 7. Fully execute, within specified deadlines, tasks assigned via work orders generated by our customers. 8. Complete assigned tasks within the stipulated timeframe anywhere across the national territory, ensuring continuity of the telecommunications services provided by our customers. - Requirements: Graduate of a technical or engineering program in Electronics, Systems, or Telecommunications. Resident of the Ica district. Minimum 1 year of experience.
