Construction Supervisor Assistant Location: Chincha / Pisco Modality: On-site Position Objective Provide direct support to the Construction Supervisor in the control, monitoring, and execution of **retail (Hard Discount format) projects** in the cities of **Chincha and Pisco**, ensuring compliance with **deadlines, construction quality, and technical standards** established by the company and the client. Main Responsibilities * Assist the Supervisor in the **daily supervision of construction work**, verifying that tasks are carried out according to technical drawings and specifications. * Perform **quantity surveys, daily reports, photographic records, and progress tracking**. * Supervise the **delivery and use of materials**, ensuring order and control in the construction site warehouse. * Assist in **coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and field personnel**. * Promptly report any **technical deviations or schedule delays**. * Participate in **inspections, reviews, and technical meetings** together with the supervisor or coordinator. * Promote adherence to **safety and quality standards** on site. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Mandatory residence in Chincha or Pisco.** * Previous experience in construction or renovation projects is desirable. * Basic knowledge of **reading blueprints, quantity surveys, construction site control, and Excel.** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and/or Revit** is desirable. * Proactive, organized attitude, and ability to work under pressure. * Immediate availability and commitment to team goals.
