Construction Supervisor Assistant Location: Chincha / Pisco Work Mode: On-site Job Objective Provide direct support to the Construction Supervisor in controlling, monitoring, and executing **retail (Hard Discount format)** projects in the cities of **Chincha and Pisco**, ensuring compliance with the company’s and client’s defined **timelines, construction quality, and technical standards**. Main Responsibilities * Support the Supervisor in the **daily supervision of construction work**, verifying that work is carried out according to drawings and technical specifications. * Perform **quantity take-offs, daily reports, photographic records, and progress tracking**. * Supervise the **delivery and usage of materials**, ensuring order and control in the site warehouse. * Assist in **coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and field personnel**. * Promptly report any **technical or scheduling deviations**. * Participate in **inspections, reviews, and technical meetings** alongside the supervisor or coordinator. * Promote compliance with **safety and quality standards** on site. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Mandatory residence in Chincha or Pisco.** * Prior experience in construction or renovation projects is desirable. * Basic knowledge of **reading drawings, quantity take-offs, site control, and Excel.** * Familiarity with **AutoCAD and/or Revit** is desirable. * Proactive, organized attitude with the ability to work under pressure. * Immediate availability and commitment to team goals.
