We focus on delivering high-quality products and services, and foster a work environment based on respect, collaboration, and professional development. **AGRONOMIST TECHNICIAN OR PROFESSIONAL FOR THE CENTRAL JUNGLE AND HUALLAGA REGIONS** **Solid expertise in SALES and COLLECTIONS** **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for developing and promoting product lines, achieving market share and penetration according to objectives. * Preparation and execution of budgets for their region and per client. * Responsible for sales and collections within their region. * Analyze field results and control of delivered samples. * Visit clients and place orders according to campaigns. * Maintain an updated client database. * Deliver collection documents to clients. * Channel and/or resolve customer complaints. * Stay informed about discounts, promotions, bonuses, and payment terms for clients, ensuring their correct application. * Prepare daily route plans and submit them to the office via email. * Prepare weekly sales forecasts and send them to the office via email. * Prepare weekly expense reports and projected expenses for the following week, sending them to the office for review via email. * Coordinate with the Treasury department to carry out collections and provide customer support. * Collaborate closely with Marketing to support, coordinate, and distribute required content (videos, photos, posters, flyers, banners) as needed by both departments. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Adaptability * Problem-solving * Negotiation skills * Creativity * Teamwork * Responsibility * Commitment * Punctuality **Mandatory Requirements:** * Immediate availability * Residence in the Central Jungle and Huallaga regions * Valid driver's license ***Join our team and become part of a company that values your talent and empowers you to reach your full potential!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
