Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Mining Section Manager to manage, direct, and supervise underground mining operations, overseeing work activities and resources at the mine. Monitor work progress and quality, and investigate accidents. **WE ARE SEEKING MINING TALENT!** We are currently recruiting a **Mining Section Manager** to join our Mining Business Unit team. If you are a professional passionate about managing, directing, and supervising underground mining operations, this opportunity is for you! **Position Mission** To direct and supervise the work activities and resources employed in drilling, development, extraction, mineral hauling, and mine cleaning operations. **Main Requirements** * **Education:** Degree holder and **licensed member** of the Mining Engineering profession or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years of experience** (preferably in mine operations). * **Driver's license:** Valid **A\-IIb** license. * **Key knowledge areas:** * Mine preparation, development, extraction, ground support, and mineral extraction. * Costs, budgeting, administration, and operational control. * Activity scheduling and control, and personnel management. * *Preferred:* Microsoft Office and intermediate-level English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Organize and allocate personnel, machinery, and equipment for work execution. * Inspect extraction zones, coordinate rock blasting, and mark drill patterns. * Supervise drilling, blasting, hauling, and transportation activities in tunnels, chambers, and pillars. * Monitor work progress and quality, and actively participate in accident and incident investigations. Salary: S/.9,000\.00 \- S/.10,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
