We are looking for a **Quality Analyst/Supervisor** to ensure the proper implementation of the management system, maintain regulatory compliance, and guarantee that production processes are carried out according to established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, develop, and maintain the quality management system, ensuring compliance with policies and customer satisfaction. * Timely report management results (reports, statistics, and others) to immediate supervisors or relevant management. * Keep records and documents in the plant updated and properly organized. * Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures during the development of new lines or processes. * Develop alternative solutions and improvement strategies for projects and present them to Management when required. * Collect relevant data for the preparation of statistical reports and management reports. **Profile Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in industrial companies in a similar position. * Knowledge of **regulations** from DIGESA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP, ISO 45001, HALAL, and KOSHER. * Availability to work at the industrial park in **La Esperanza**. * Ability to work in rotating shifts. * Good health condition. * Developed soft skills: leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and organization. **Valued Competencies:** * Document organization and management * Analytical ability * Proactivity * Effective communication * Focus on regulatory compliance Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your age? * Do you have knowledge of DIGESA \- ISO 9001 \- ISO 14001 \- HACCP \- GMP \- ISO 45001 \- HALAL \- KOSHER regulations?
