Negotiate with suppliers of goods and services, addressing the company's multiple needs, to ensure operational continuity. Prepare purchase orders and manage active solpeds in SAP, reducing purchase order placement times, to ensure compliance with established corporate deadlines. Develop savings reports from negotiations, to monitor negotiation efficiency according to the corporate savings report. Coordinate and manage resources and import-export control processes, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials, finished products, and spare parts to external and internal customers. Consolidate documentation for each import, detailing costs by category in Settlement Control for import expenses, and settle each file with the accounting department. Ensure traceability of each import and export through email communication and reports on OneDrive.
