Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervision Assistant to support the control, execution, and planning of highway construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in monitoring and assisting the site supervision engineer. 2. Organization and execution of scheduled supervision activities. 3. Support in coordinating professionals and administrative procedures. We are a company specializing in national-level construction supervision and PACRI studies. We are currently seeking a Supervision Assistant meeting the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: Civil Engineer graduate, bachelor's degree holder and/or fully licensed. Minimum 6 months’ experience as a highway construction supervision assistant. Immediate availability for full-time work in Chepén–Lambayeque. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Public Management and the Regulation of the State Procurement Law. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office proficiency. Proactive, organized, and responsible. EDUCATION: Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder and/or fully licensed Civil Engineering professional. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitoring and assisting the site supervision engineer. - Organizing, scheduling, executing, and monitoring scheduled activities. - Compliance with Technical Specifications according to the construction schedule. - Assisting the Site Supervision Engineer with supervision and construction control activities. - Supporting the preparation and timely submission of technical information. - Supporting the planning of various provisional construction phases and their timelines. - Assisting the site supervision engineer with administrative procedures. - Coordinating among various professionals working on the project. - Carrying out all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. PROJECT LOCATION AND DURATION: Chepén–Lambayeque // 5 MONTHS. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.4,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
