




**Accounting and Finance Assistant – On-site** On-site modality Monday to Friday \| 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Area: Accounting / Finance **Job Description** An accounting services company is seeking an **Accounting and Finance Assistant** to support **accounting, administration, and finance** processes, ensuring proper document organization, accurate recordkeeping, and timely compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepares electronic invoicing. * Manages collections. * Records accounting information. * Archives and controls administrative and accounting documentation. * Prepares bank reconciliations. * Supports tax filings and submission of electronic ledgers. * Performs general administrative tasks (report preparation). **Requirements** * Studies in **Accounting or Administration** (undergraduate degree or certified professional). * 2 years’ experience as an **accounting assistant**. * Knowledge of accounting and taxation. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using various accounting systems. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Handling of confidential information. * Capacity for continuous learning. * Proficiency in AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
