The ideal candidate will have 3\-5 years of experience in developing robust and scalable back\-end solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server\-side logic, and database interactions, and ensuring the high performance and responsiveness of our applications. Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. * Implement server\-side logic using EJB and integrate with Oracle databases. * Develop user interfaces using the JSP and Struts. * Collaborate with front\-end developers to integrate user\-facing elements with server\-side logic. * Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. * Implement security and data protection measures. * Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in back\-end development. ### **Technical Skills (Required)** * Strong hands\-on experience in **Java** backend development. * Proficiency with **SpringBoot, SpringData, JPA, Struts, JSP, EJB, SOAP, REST, and Log4J**. * CI/CD experience with **Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions** for microservices deployment. * Knowledge of **Google Cloud services**: Secrets, Secret Manager, VM’s, Workloads, port forwarding, containers, Kubernetes, and PODs. * Strong expertise in **Oracle databases and PLSQL**. * Experience deploying and managing applications on **GKE**. * Solid problem\-solving and debugging skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. ### **What’s in it for you?** * Private medical and life insurance from day one. * Budget for professional growth (certifications, training). * Schedule flexibility and work\-life balance. * Extra performance\-based bonuses.
