Vulcano Metals S.A.C. is a metallurgical company specializing in casting and machining of copper and bronze spare parts. We are looking for a new team member for the position of CASTING SUPERVISOR. Requirements: * Graduate in Metallurgy (Technical or University degree). * Knowledge and application of current quality and safety standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Minimum 02 years of experience in casting companies (casting and molding processes). * Experience in gating system design and charge balancing (feeding system). * Experience leading work teams. * Residence in areas near our plant (Huachipa\- Ramiro Priale Highway / Hyundai Bus Stop). Responsibilities: * Supervision of pouring operations. * Monitoring of parameters in molding and melting. * Tracking of productivity indicators. * Oversight of executed procedures and verification of defects in produced parts, including root cause analysis. * Leading the assigned team by motivating personnel and maintaining appropriate performance levels to ensure correct execution of all area procedures. * Conducting talks and/or training sessions for the entire team on work quality, order, cleanliness, and safety to achieve proper performance.
