Key Responsibilities: Provide expert customer support for connectivity\-related issues, including internet access, Wi\-Fi networks, mobile data, and device connections. Troubleshoot network problems such as slow speeds, dropped connections, router configurations, and hardware compatibility. Assist customers with setting up and optimizing their home or business network solutions. Educate customers on best practices for maintaining a stable and secure network connection. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or networking support preferred. Languages: Fluency in English is required. Skills: Strong understanding of network configurations, Wi\-Fi troubleshooting, and connectivity solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible way. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, customer service software, and remote support applications. Strong problem\-solving skills with attention to detail.
