




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide operational and control support throughout the lifecycle of TELCO projects, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure schedule and deliverable tracking. At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Position Objective** * Provide operational and control support throughout the TELCO project lifecycle (B2B / platforms / services), ensuring tracking of schedules, deliverables, costs, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor TELCO projects operationally from planning through implementation. * Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. * Coordinate with internal departments: Engineering, IT, Network, Product, Commercial, and Finance. * Manage operational communication with technology providers and carriers. * Record progress, risks, incidents, and decisions. * Validate technical and documentation deliverables. * Support scope, cost, and timeline change management. * Support contractual control and SLA compliance. * Prepare progress and status reports. * Ensure proper documentation and administrative project closure. * Support CAPEX and OPEX execution control for the product. * Support monthly cost reconciliation and control. * Track product revenue assurance. **Specific Functions in TELCO Environment** * Continuous improvement in technical/commercial aspects. * Support in cost and commercial model validation. * Updating project dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Jira, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Position Requirements** * Academic background: third-year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** * 1–2 years in Back Office, PMO, or TELCO operations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Project management methodologies. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Intermediate English. * Coordination with technology providers. * General knowledge of TELCO services. * Tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project – desirable).
