Manage collective labor relations with existing trade union organizations, seeking an appropriate working relationship. Manage and prevent individual and collective labor conflicts raised directly or through labor administrative authorities, reducing or eliminating potential contingencies and avoiding work stoppages. Participate in and support the management of collective relations with trade union organizations, ensuring the ongoing execution and compliance of collective commitments assumed by the company. Verify and manage compliance with individual labor and social obligations, promoting a peaceful work environment that allows maximum worker productivity. Manage the application of disciplinary measures to workers who commit labor infractions. Update and ensure compliance with labor legislation, procedures, and obligations. Monitor labor judicial processes. Coordinate with law firms to defend the company in labor proceedings. Collect and submit necessary documentation for labor trials. Attend legal proceedings. Respond to requests from SUNAFIL and any other administrative authority, and participate in official procedures. Requirements Professional degree in Law. Solid knowledge of labor legislation. Specialization in human resources management (desirable). Intermediate level Excel skills. More than 3 years of experience as a lawyer in companies, consulting firms, or law firms handling labor law issues. Availability to work in Pacasmayo.
