What would be your responsibilities? * Manage the annual maintenance investment budget (CAPEX and OPEX) to ensure compliance with budgeted investments and extraordinary repairs. * Manage the master data administration in the SAP PM system and technical information in the document management system (SGA) for maintenance and technical support processes, ensuring the availability of SAP PM and SGA system services. * Manage the annual program of preventive maintenance, scheduling, inspection, and lubrication activities for plant machinery to ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment. * Manage the development of KPIs for planning, maintenance scheduling, inspection, and lubrication areas to ensure achievement of departmental goals. * Develop and implement improvement initiatives in the work systems of your team to increase productivity within your area. Requirements * Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge in Maintenance Management, Maintenance Indicators, and Equipment Reliability. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with Power BI (desirable). * CMRP certification (desirable). * At least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Planning Manager, Maintenance Administration Manager, or Maintenance Engineering Manager.
