





Job Description: A leading Document Management company is seeking an HR Assistant with knowledge of personnel administration and basic Peruvian labor systems. Requirements: Graduate, final-year student, or Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). Knowledge of: Payroll processing PLAME T\-Registro SUNAT (basic labor declarations) AFP / AFPnet (registrations, cancellations, contributions) Attendance tracking and personnel file management Strong communication, organizational, and responsibility skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously. Main Responsibilities: Support mass recruitment processes and job posting activities. Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Manage registrations, cancellations, and modifications in T\-Registro. Assist in payroll processing, PLAME preparation, and SUNAT reporting. Process contributions and transactions in AFPnet. Monitor attendance, leave requests, vacations, and medical leaves. Maintain up-to-date personnel files and departmental documentation. Provide administrative support to the HR department.
