Coordinate material handling operations using heavy machinery at the plant and clay quarry to ensure continuous supply of raw materials and coal for uninterrupted production. 2\. Monitor internal operations for limestone receipt and primary \- secondary crushing of raw materials to guarantee required storage volumes. 3\. Prepare and record the monthly raw materials volume report in the Fiori system (or other designated platform). 4\. Monitor internal operations of the overhead crane and material receipt via the Hazemag to ensure continuous supply of raw materials supporting uninterrupted production. 5\. Monitor raw materials and coal blending operations to support established quality standards and production process stability. 6\. Coordinate operational and preventive/corrective maintenance activities for assigned equipment to support adherence to work plans and continuous equipment operability. 7\. Lead and implement area-specific occupational safety and health initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements for accident prevention. Requirements Graduate in Industrial Engineering. 1+ years of experience in similar positions. Availability to work 100% on-site in Pacasmayo. Knowledge of industrial processes. SAP. Excel. Power BI.
