Ensure cost-effective solutions in IP/MPLS technologies and MW and DWDM transport networks. **Responsibilities:** * Plan resources for the IP MPLS, DWDM, and MW network (Internet, Data, and Voice connectivity) in order to maintain required Quality standards and achieve network development, growth, and continuous improvement. * Plan network expansions arising from feasibility studies of fixed and mobile network customers to provide connectivity for solutions such as SDWAN, FTTO, GPON, and wireless. * Manage the lifecycle of Transport and IP network expansion projects, from planning and implementation to handover to "Service Assurance" teams. * Prepare engineering documents HLD, LLD, MOPs, ATPs related to capacity deployments across different transport and IP networks, associated with corporate customer network feasibilities. * Manage the inventory, capitalization, and documentation process for network expansion projects: ISP, OTN, DWDM, IP/MPLS, IP RAN, BH Microwave. * Manage the documentation process for public, private, IPv4 and IPv6 address allocation assigned to customers (IP Plan aligned with network capacity deployment projects). * Manage the correct change management process during maintenance windows on various elements of the transport and IP network. * Lead the implementation of security policies on national transport and IP network equipment. * Manage the project capitalization process and comply with company regulations such as inventory creation, SDNs, GRNs, etc. * Ensure proper planning, execution, and control of CAPEX allocated to the Transmission and IP Network area. **Requirements:** * **Graduated in** Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related fields. * **Experience in** designing, planning, or implementing network solutions (Internet, Voice, Data, Security). * Experience in **telecommunications networks**, mobile and fixed telephony systems. * Knowledge of **IP/MPLS, DWDM, DNS, FW, CDN**, GPON, SD-WAN, and microwave technologies. * +️ Experience in **cloud data networks.** * Experience in **SD-WAN solutions.** * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strategic thinking. **Apply now and become part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecommunications \#ProfessionalGrowth** \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
